I am an Instructional Designer at California State University, Fresno working with faculty in the design and development of online and hybrid courses. In addition to working as an Instructional Designer, I lead professional development opportunities, develop curriculum, and serve as a mentor to faculty new to the world of online teaching at Fresno Pacific University. I am an advocate for student-centered learning environments, facilitated by instructors who engage students in active learning using technology to enhance and innovate traditional instruction. I am a Google for Education Certified Innovator and have several certificates related to online instruction and technology in the classroom and have led the Innovative Educator Certificate program offered in collaboration with CUE and Fresno Pacific University through 5 cohorts.
