Inspiring Students Through Robotics and STEM Fields

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Teachers will share their experiences being able to promote STEM awareness and instruction in C/C++ programming without a computer science background. Students will share their experiences with UC Davis's C-STEM (Computing in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) Center's Annual Robotics Challenge, Girl's Leadership Camp, A-G courses, and awards/programs, which have led them to engage in Robotics and decide to pursue STEM in college and for a career. This workshop will also include a simulated C-STEM Day RoboPlay Challenge in which attendees program robots to complete challenge(s).
