Arcia holds a Master’s degree in educational administration from Santa Clara University, a Master’s degree in education from San Jose University, a Bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of California - Davis, and a multiple subject credential and single subject credential in social sciences. He has been trained in numerous areas including: Reading and Writing Workshop at Teachers College at Columbia University, leadership, professional learning communities, and coaching.
Arcia started at Los Gatos Union School District in July 2016.  Prior to this, Arcia worked at the Palo Alto School District  as an Instructional Coach-Teacher on Special Assignment, and English Language Specialist. As an educator, Arcia has considerable experience in all areas of the curriculum including a proven track record of success in working with teacher leaders. As a colleague and instructional leader, Arcia strives to build collaborative teams and inspires others to work together in a professional learning community.
